Here are a few guidelines to help you care for your new purchase:
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery, when available, is available for addresses within 5 miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next day.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using UPS or USPS depending on availability. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 applies to orders shipping to continental United States. A fee of $15.00 applies to orders within the United Kingdom (no order to Armed Services PO Boxes at this time) whilst a fee of $20.00 applies to orders in Canada.
These fees are periodically waived at times of promotion/discount.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada and United Kingdom.
If you are outside of these territories but still wish to order, please contact info@howdyscout.com and we will work with you to get your order processed.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@howdyscout.com or you can initiate the returns process by logging into your account.
If you do not have a return label then we will be able to provide you with one, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
